Scheduling the Memphis PC Guy is now as easy as 1 2 3!
- Select the service that best fits your problem. My average time spent resolving issues is 1.65 hours so pick a 2 hour call if unsure.
- Pick the Day and Time from the listed available dates.
- Recieve email notifications and reminders the day before!
Payment is due upon completion. The time and amounts listed are averages based on my 25+ years of experience. If your call is under or over the average you will charged accordingly.
From time to time an issue will come up where either you or I will not be able to keep our scheduled appointment. I promise to contact you in as timely a manner as possible and I hope you will do the same. Except for the 1 hour minimum once I do arrive, there are no strings attached other than working togetherto get your computer issue resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I have also added a “Rate My Service” option that will send you an email asking how I did. I appreciate hearing from you about how the process went so that I can continue to serve you and the Memphis community effectively while keeping down costs. This on-line scheduling should help alleviate one of my biggest problems… scheduling.
If you are not ready to actually schedule a service call but have a computer related question, please continue to use the CONTACT ME form as I am usually unable to answer my phone while assisting other clients. I will respond to your request as quickly as possible and usually the same day. Voice Mail will be handled as time permits during the day but typically will happen after my last service call for the day.
