Age of Conan Emotes (tested on Female Aquilonian Conqueror)
* could not test _m emotes, they just don’t work for women
* most emotes only last a moment and then put you back in idle animation. If you are in one that stays, you can’t do another without moving to interrupt it.
* none of these seem to have any associated text, though I might just not have the right subscribed channel. Thus someone must be watching the screen at the moment you do it to see it. There are some attached sounds.
* all of these require your weapons to be sheathed. There are two that appear when weapons are out: pickupitem, and burningman. The latter is a fancy martial arts swirling of one’s weapon(s) about one’s body.
afraid – cower back with hands raised (same as Scared)
amused – small chuckle, hands at sides
angry – shake right fist in air with angry sound
applaud – short clapping (same as Clap and Ovation)

ashamed – hang head with feet together and fists in front of thighs
bearhug – embracing motion with a grunt and a back slap
beckon – “come here” move with left hand
beg – hold hand out, stand slightly stooped, and move hand back and forth
blowkiss – sexy bent over kiss blow followed by high giggle
bonk – drop fist atop someone’s head
bow – left hand on hip, bend forward at hips
burning – flail hands about shoulders and hips wildly as if on fire or surrounded by mosquitos
burp – hold right hand to chest and brrrrrapp
bycrom – pump right fist in air with Hyarrrrrrr yell
bymitra – make a scything motion of right hand down from head to hip, no sound
byset – raise both arms arced to touch fingers over head; make a bodybuilder sort of clench in that pose

chicken – makes chicken buckbuck sounds with arms briefly chickenwinged
clap – see Applaud and Ovation
combhair – run palm back over head
confused – stare around, making vague pointy gestures as if baffled
cough – brief “hmm!” sound into fist by mouth. More of a throat clear.
crossarms – stand hipshot with arms crossed and head tilted, going Hmm.
cry – low sobbing with back of left hand to face
curse – thump fist into other arm elbow crook and raise that fist (same as Rude)
curtsey – right foot behind left, bend over with right forearm held across waist
dance_sexy_f – short shimmy similar to a nelf pole dance move
danglefeet_f – sit down, left knee up, right foot dangle low, then swap feet, then swap again. Looks odd on floor, leg goes into floor.
disagree – shake head no
disappointed – look at your feet with a small head shake
disgusted – recoil with hands up to face then thrusting away with a Yech sound
dismiss – wave crossed arms in front of face, palm out, with a sniffed Hmmph
drink – raise glass in small toast then audibly sip it down (same as Toast)
dustoff – brush off arms and legs with palms
embarassed – bend head down
embrace – hugging motion with arms raised to taller man’s shoulder/neck area, up on tiptoe
emphasize – pound left fist in right palm
excitedclap_f – rapid clapping in front of chest with an ohyeah squeak
exhausted – sit with legs curled back to right, panting (or just breathing visibly). Stays until you interrupt In contrast, /sit has you with left knee up, hands on knee, right leg curled under arch of left. It also stays.
flirt_f – slinky standing squirm with chuckle/giggle
formalgreeting – small bow, sort of a diminished curtsey
frustrated – clutch head in hands and shake it
gigolo – small laugh with left hand on hip (may be meant to be giggle?) (very similar to Grin)
give – thrust right hand forward, fingers splayed. Very rapid.
greet – raise right hand to shoulder, palm forward.
grin – head leaned back in a laugh (very similar to Gigolo)
haggle – right hand picks at items, left raises to finger something, then makes no gesture with an uh uh sound
hi – right hand raises to shoulder and flaps hello
horizon – sweep arm broadly out to indicate the distance

jig_f – little girl temper tantrum jump/stomp
kneel – briefly go to right knee, then stand.
laugh – low laugh with left hand over mouth

pointup – it’s a bird! It’s a plane!
ponder – right elbow in left hand, right hand over mouth, hmmmm?
poundchest – right hand thumps above breasts in two sharp slaps
prone – lie down on belly, head/chest raised as if scouting over a ridge. Stay this way until you choose to stand.
pumpleftfist – jump and yell with right hand up in air as if high fiving
pumprightfist – point with left hand with an amused hmmph (yes, the two pumps don’t match their emote names)

sad – depressed stoop looking down to right
salute – right hand up to brow and down in an arc. Looks a bit sloppy, borderline mocking.

scout – step forward a half step and peer back and forth cautiously

stop – hold up left stiff arm, hand up, as if to stop someone coming towards you, going uh uh
surprised – rear back with hands up near shoulders, palms forward
sway – sway weakly with left hand over belly
tantrum – stomp right foot twice with fists pumping, and a frustrated growl
think – left hand on hip, right hand scratches brow, uncertain sound

uneasy – twist around in place, knees a bit bent, as if worried something is in the woods nearby

warm_hands – hold out over a source of heat, then rub together, then hold out again
warn – hold up right hand palm out, small caution sound
wary – I’m not sure how to describe it, she sort of smells her own right bicep
waveaway – contemptuous dismissal gesture of left hand fluttering with back of hand out
