Policies

Booking an appointment is easy. I just need to know when, where and who I’m going to be talking too. No pre-payments, no credit card information… just your name, email and address. A brief note of your problem is a plus but not necessary. I can fix your computer, or it can’t be fixed!

General Service Policy:
The Memphis PC Guy provides computer repair & consulting labor services. I do not resell or stock computer parts. If parts are required we will determine whether to source them online or locally. With the exception of malware infection I cover all my labor for 30 days.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your appointment at any time, for any reason.

Payment Policy:
Payment is due upon completion. I accept cash, check or credit card (via PayPal). Commercial accounts may be invoiced, prior approval required. Due upon receipt.
