  • I saw this receipe on Americas Test Kitchen, on WKNO. The Maple-Mustard pan sauce is so surprisingly good and not what you would expect when preparing it. The medallions are mouthwatering good and have replaced Filet Mignon, at least temporarily, as the meat of choice around here. Impress your friends, spouse or significant other with this truly great main course ... and let me know how it went! Besides, what can be more decadent than wrapping pork with bacon!...
