Testimonials
Let me highlight the difference between outstanding PC support and a mediocre experience. In December I took my XPS desktop to computer repair company located on Mendenhall, close to Poplar. I gave them a simple set of directions. Please back-up my data and load Windows 7 as my OS. Then reload my data.
I got my PC back, nothing had been backed up. My sound card had been removed. I was in a mess, and they charged a $100 for this really bad experience.
I Googled for someone to come to my home and get my system back on line and help me retrieve data I had on external drive. I was fortunate to find Mike, “The Memphis PC Guy.”
First he anwsered the email I sent him promptly. He arrived exactly at the appointed time. And he got everthing working perfectly. Mike is not only a real expert and knows his way around PC’s and their operating systems, he is completely trust worthy. Mike is an excellent professional who works to the highest level of integrity.
Mike also charged me less than those “other guys.” I have no hesitation in recommending his service. Mike is completely focused on customer satisfaction and making sure the problem gets fixed.
I will only use this PC Guy in the future!

Pan-Seared Ribeye Steak w/Red Wine-Mustard Pan Sauce
Posted on February 14, 2009 | No CommentsHarnessing the power of cast iron and dry heat, these rib eyes are juicy, tasty and beautiful! Word of warning though, the skillet will be about as hot as the surface of the sun... please be careful! Nothing ruins a perfect steak faster than a casual brush with a 500+ degree cast iron skillet! -
Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin Medallions w/Maple-Mustard Sauce
Posted on June 20, 2008 | No CommentsI saw this receipe on Americas Test Kitchen, on WKNO. The Maple-Mustard pan sauce is so surprisingly good and not what you would expect when preparing it. The medallions are mouthwatering good and have replaced Filet Mignon, at least temporarily, as the meat of choice around here. Impress your friends, spouse or significant other with this truly great main course ... and let me know how it went! Besides, what can be more decadent than wrapping pork with bacon!...
