I have implemented Online Scheduling. You will get to pick the day and time during regular business hours that works best for you. After-hour and Weekend calls will still need to be handled directly. Appointy is a 3rd party program that I am trial testing. I have only added “Computer Diagnostics” and “Virus Removal” as services, with the average service call times and prices.

You can schedule calls between 8AM-2PM Monday – Friday. You will have to create an account that includes your Name, Address, Zip-code and Phone Number. Once a particular time slot has been reserved, no-one else can schedule a call for the same time.
