After watching Mike work his magic I’ll never trust anyone else with my computer. Not only does he make very affordable house calls, but he accommodated my work schedule and came out to fix my computer on a rainy Friday night! How many businesses would do that?

Mike is courteous, prompt, helpful and honest. He fixed my PC in short order and also took time during a phone conversation to explain two quick fixes he was sure I could do on my own — which I did — rather than charge me for simple tweaks I was able to handle easily! He returned every call and email right away and even advised me on purchasing the necessary parts, steering me away from the more expensive items that would have been more than I needed.

My computer is up and running better than it has in years, and my wireless network is finally secured. I will use him again without reservation. And as a bonus, he’s a super nice guy.‎

Let me highlight the difference between outstanding PC support and a mediocre experience. In December I took my XPS desktop to computer repair company located on Mendenhall, close to Poplar. I gave them a simple set of directions. Please back-up my data and load Windows 7 as my OS. Then reload my data.

I got my PC back, nothing had been backed up. My sound card had been removed. I was in a mess, and they charged a $100 for this really bad experience.

I Googled for someone to come to my home and get my system back on line and help me retrieve data I had on external drive. I was fortunate to find Mike, “The Memphis PC Guy.”

First he anwsered the email I sent him promptly. He arrived exactly at the appointed time. And he got everthing working perfectly. Mike is not only a real expert and knows his way around PC’s and their operating systems, he is completely trust worthy. Mike is an excellent professional who works to the highest level of integrity.

Mike also charged me less than those “other guys.” I have no hesitation in recommending his service. Mike is completely focused on customer satisfaction and making sure the problem gets fixed.

I will only use this PC Guy in the future!

Refreshing! This guy knows his stuff! I must admit when it comes to computers I know just enough to make it worse. When I called to schedule an appointment, Mike was extremely polite and did not make me feel like an idiot.

He's a genuine guy that really wants to help. I was having some issues with my laptop and when I called Dell to get advice, they asked me to purchase a 1 year tech-support membership for $239.99. Being a student, that's like 1/4 of my monthly income just to get advice on something I felt like I could do on my own. After I found through a search engine, I emailed him and he gave me step by step instructions on how to fix it. My laptop now works like a charm. Thanks!
