Mike Oyler, the Memphis PC Guy, helps people with the transition from self-professed computer illiterate to informed computer user.
Memphis PC Guy was created to help people and businesses with the overwhelming prospect of maintaining and protecting their computers, while enhancing everyday productivity.
Prior to becoming the Memphis PC Guy, Mike spent over 20 years as a systems engineer, network administrator and website developer. Today Mike offers a wide range of computer services including on-site computer consulting, pc repair & network support as well as personalized training and website development.
General Service Policy:
The Memphis PC Guy provides computer consulting and repair labor services only. I do not sell or stock computer parts. If parts are required we will discuss whether getting them locally or ordering them online makes more sense. Except for malware re-infection I cover all my work for 30 days.
Reservation Policy:
You should have no reservations about using the Memphis PC Guy for all your computer related service needs! If you do it to, with or on a computer, I can fix it! I can also help setup your flat screen tv, surround sound stereo and Xbox or PS3 console too!
Cancellation Policy:
There are going to be times either you or I cannot make our scheduled appointment. Please call me as soon as you are aware of the issue. In the event a prior service call could run over the alloted time, I will do my best to accommodate both parties.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due upon completion. I accept cash, check or credit card via PayPal. Commercial accounts will be billed via invoice when required with payment due upon reciept.
