I have used Mike three times over the years. He has always been prompt and goes above and beyond the service expected. He is ABSOLUTELY the guy to use if you have computer issues!

Mike was on time and was very patient with my technical ignorance. He proceeded quickly as possible transferring info from my ancient laptop to a new laptop. Fun to work with. I actually learned some things from him.

Memphis PC Guy (Mike) is absolutely the best!! I had a computer issue that required immediate repair because of a payroll deadline. Mike rearranged his schedule to get me up and running to meet the deadline the next day. Then he came back later to fix the main issue that caused the problem originally. Great communication about appointments. And VERY reasonable pricing. Wouldn’t use anyone else!!!

I have used Memphis PC Guy for several years. Mike is my “go-to” computer expert. He has always fixed any issue I have with accuracy, professionalism and punctuality. And, his fees are very reasonable.

After I spent two days trying to get my emails working, I finally called Memphis PC Guy. He came the next day, fixed what I messed up and then got my emails working on my computer, telephone, and iPad. Then he went on to fix it on my wife’s phone and iPad. He did a great job, quickly, and at a very reasonable price. I was very happy.

I did not know who else to find and I need my computer up so I can run my business. I actually found him just searching local computer techs. Glad I found him. One year old computer somehow got infected or a case of the ghosts or something. Mike was great helped me get it back running good as new (via txt). Thanks Mike.

Helped me figure out (via email) why my custom build PC wasn’t booting after an error code I couldn’t get past.
