Have had major issues with Microsoft 365 and Windows 11. Mike solved them! He also removed a lot of extra junk programs. My operating system was straightened out and my laptop is now functioning.

He also set up my printer! I can definitely recommend Mike and I will certainly call him again.

We called Mike and made our appt for some issues with our PC. He was on time and so nice to help solve our issues and answer our questions. He took his time to make sure we understood what was going on. Mike even stayed 30 minutes longer working on an issue. We will use his services again.

Securing an appointment was quick and easy! He was timely and even reached out to me because I lost track of time and hadn’t done what I needed to do so he could log in remotely to assess my laptop. We found Mike Oyler, Memphis PC Guy, some years ago through recommendations on Nextdoor. He has helped us with several issues since and has always provided timely and excellent service. His knowledge and expertise are impressive, and he always goes above and beyond with helpful information to keep us running smoothly and efficiently. We’ve never had a problem he couldn’t correct. The online scheduling he offers is a great convenience. He is very responsive and his rates very reasonable. And a super nice guy to work with as well. Highly recommend.

Mike arrived on scheduled time and got to work immediately to fix my desk top issues. It took a little while to pinpoint cause of the problem but he was able to fix it. I highly recommend him.
