Your pc repair service call is officially scheduled, and I’ve already accepted it… both my calendar and I have been updated and the service call time reserved. I’ll see you then. If I have any follow-up questions about your computer issue, I’ll text, email or call you so add me to your phone as shown below. You will get a reminder email 1 hour (60 minutes) before your scheduled computer repair service. The confirmation email includes a link to cancel the scheduled computer repair or service if your plans change.

If you scheduled Splashtop Remote service, please visit https://sos.splashtop.com and download the Splashtop client for your computer/device type. I’ll call you at the scheduled time. Then you run the app, on the device or computer you want service on, and it will generate a 9-digit session code, allowing me to connect to your computer in real time. This app doesn’t install any software, so I can only connect with your approval and a newly generated session code.
