Everything that appeared to be so positive on his website proved to 100% accurate and true! We requested help with setting up our new Apple MacBook Pro, and by the time he left our home (after spending a little less than two hours with us), he had completely set up our MacBook Pro, transferred all files and emails from our old Compaq laptop, connected all of our computers wirelessly to our best printer (we have two), vastly imporved the performance our other PC, and gave us some extremely helpful tips on our iPhones. Mike answers all questions quickly and without fluff. All of this for less than $40 per hour – this is an absolutely incredible value! We recommend Mike to anyone – he is awesome!!

I have, unfortunately, had cause to need his services more than once and he has always solved my problem with courtesy, expediency and professionalism. (He never even hinted that I was a dumbo for not having a backup a couple of years ago, but I have backups now.) My latest call to him was for a very nasty virus that he eliminated and now my pc works better than it ever has before. Thank you Memphis PC Guy! I hope you never retire!
