What I Don’t Do
I fix a lot of things, but I don’t do everything. To keep things simple, honest, and predictable, here’s a clear list of what I don’t offer — no surprises, no guessing, no “maybe if you ask nicely.”
Things I Don’t Work On
- Phones or tablets — no screen repairs, no battery swaps, no mobile device hardware.
- Mac hardware repairs — I can help with software, but I don’t open Apple devices.
- Game console repairs — no HDMI ports, no soldering, no “my Xbox won’t turn on.”
- TVs or home theater systems — I’m not your guy for wall mounts, soundbars, or AV installs.
- Electronics that aren’t computers — microwaves, stereos, car radios, etc.
Things I Don’t Do Onsite
- Crawlspaces or attics — I don’t run cables in tight, unsafe, or unfinished spaces.
- Climb ladders — no high‑up installs, no ceiling‑mounted access points, no overhead work.
- Major wiring jobs — I don’t drill through walls, fish cables, or run long Ethernet drops.
- Move heavy furniture — if your desk weighs more than your computer, it stays put.
Things I Don’t Touch (Ever)
- Hacked, pirated, or cracked software — no exceptions.
- Crypto recovery — if you lost your wallet key, it’s gone.
- Anything involving bodily fluids — spilled drinks are fine; biohazards are not.
- Driver updater tools — I don’t use or recommend third‑party driver managers. They report fake problems, push unnecessary updates, and cause confusion. If Windows Update didn’t install it, you probably don’t need it.
Things I Don’t Promise
- Miracle data recovery — I’ll try, but I don’t guarantee the impossible.
- Speed boosts for ancient hardware — I can tune it, but I can’t time‑travel it.
- Fixing problems caused by “free PC cleaners” — I’ll clean it up, but I won’t defend them.
Why This Page Exists
Clear expectations make everything easier. I’d rather tell you upfront what I don’t do than waste your time, your money, or your patience. If your issue isn’t on this list, there’s a good chance I can help — and if I can’t, I’ll point you in the right direction.
